Talent Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Manager to oversee recruitment and hiring for their East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Talent Recruiters
• Guide and support the team in building a high-quality guest teacher pool
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion for education and/or advocating for underserved communities
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience, including recruitment expertise
• 2+ years of management experience
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
