Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute organization-wide talent programs, including talent measurement, engagement, and development
  • Manage and support existing programs and initiatives, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders
  • Drive the execution of new programs, such as succession planning and performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting company programs and initiatives
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence business partners and leaders
  • Passion for talent evaluation, employee experience, and development
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
