Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute organization-wide talent programs, including talent measurement, engagement, and development
Manage and support existing programs and initiatives, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders
Drive the execution of new programs, such as succession planning and performance reviews

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting company programs and initiatives
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager
Ability to work autonomously and influence business partners and leaders
Passion for talent evaluation, employee experience, and development
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
