Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute organization-wide talent programs, including talent measurement, engagement, and development
- Manage and support existing programs and initiatives, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders
- Drive the execution of new programs, such as succession planning and performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting company programs and initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager
- Ability to work autonomously and influence business partners and leaders
- Passion for talent evaluation, employee experience, and development
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
