Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in high-growth startups or established organizations
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
Experience in managing headcount plans and hiring forecasts
Proven success in leading executive and senior leadership searches
International recruiting experience, particularly in Canada and LATAM, is preferred
