Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in high-growth startups or established organizations
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Experience in managing headcount plans and hiring forecasts
- Proven success in leading executive and senior leadership searches
- International recruiting experience, particularly in Canada and LATAM, is preferred
