Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in high-growth startups or established organizations
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience in managing headcount plans and hiring forecasts
  • Proven success in leading executive and senior leadership searches
  • International recruiting experience, particularly in Canada and LATAM, is preferred
