Talent Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of the recruiting process, the full-time remote Talent Operations Associate will manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and support sourcing and recruiting programs to enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews end-to-end, including complex scheduling and maintaining candidate engagement throughout the process
• Communicate proactively with candidates during the interview lifecycle and manage offer-stage coordination and preboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the recruiting workflow

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a related fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage complex interview scheduling and candidate communication effectively
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting workflows
• Interest in sourcing and ability to translate role intake into target candidate profiles
• A degree or a compelling story demonstrating relevant skills and experiences
