Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent & People Operations Coordinator for an 18-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support backend sourcing and headhunting for talent acquisition
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Maintain HRIS records and provide administrative support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Human Resources
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of recruitment tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
