Talent Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator, a fully remote position responsible for managing operational tasks within the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
• Point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and track/report details for all open and in-process hiring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
• 5-7 years of customer service-related experience required
• 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in a related field
• Must have Office Experience (Outlook/Excel/Word)
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
