Job Summary
Leading talent operations for a rapidly growing organization, the full-time remote Talent Operations Lead will manage the talent technology stack, develop hiring programs, and oversee a team to enhance recruitment processes across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end talent technology stack, managing vendor relationships and ensuring optimal tool integration
- Design and implement organization-wide hiring programs and frameworks to streamline recruitment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators, setting priorities and fostering a high-quality candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in talent operations or a similar operational role within a high-growth technology company
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage both high-level programs and tactical decisions
- Deep knowledge of recruiting tech stacks, including ATS and HRIS integrations
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, setting clear direction and maintaining high standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience, working closely with senior leaders across functions
