Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Analytics & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the day-to-day workflows for the Talent Acquisition team
• Identify workflow gaps and manage change initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness
• Develop and monitor key recruiting metrics to provide insights into hiring health

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Business Operations, or People Ops
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and data visualization tools
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading tool adoption
