Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building and scaling recruiting operations in high-growth environments
- Strong experience managing coordination teams and driving operational excellence
- Deep familiarity with ATS and scheduling tools such as Greenhouse and GoodTime
- Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and improve processes
