Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale end-to-end recruiting operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across global hiring processes
• Identify opportunities to automate and innovate Talent Acquisition using AI and technology

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in building and scaling recruiting operations in high-growth environments
• Strong experience managing coordination teams and driving operational excellence
• Deep familiarity with ATS and scheduling tools such as Greenhouse and GoodTime
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and improve processes
