• Lead the AI and automation strategy for Talent Operations, including roadmap and outcomes
• Manage a team of four with defined growth paths and development opportunities
• Design scalable recruiting operations and partner on data architecture and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations team in a tech-forward environment
• Proven track record with AI tools or automation in a People or Talent Acquisition function
• Fluency with ATS systems, preferably Ashby
• Strong systems thinking at the architecture level for scalability
• Experience in a remote-first operating environment
