Talent Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Talent Operations Manager will oversee the TA Support team, streamline hiring processes, and leverage analytics to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline the hiring process from job posting through onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Lead the TA Support team, enforcing SLAs and maintaining compliance with hiring regulations
• Build and manage dashboards to track hiring metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology
• 2+ years managing recruiting or HR operations teams
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
• Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
