Talent Operations Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Talent Operations Partner, Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prepare hiring reports and decks for the Revenue organization
• Maintain accurate data and system hygiene in Greenhouse while enforcing hiring processes
• Create and manage TA process documentation and a centralized library of job descriptions and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Experience in TA operations, HR operations, reporting, or administrative support
• Proficient in ATS and HR systems, with Greenhouse required and Workday preferred
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and data reporting
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure with minimal direction
