Talent Operations Partner
Job Summary
To support nationwide staffing initiatives, the remote Contractor Talent Operations Partner will manage staffing programs from planning through execution and post-event closeout, ensuring effective communication among Client Services, Recruiting, and event staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison among Client Services, Recruiting, and event staff to achieve staffing targets
- Manage assigned staffing programs through all phases, including planning, activation, and post-event processes
- Monitor and report on staffing progress, addressing any issues related to onboarding and program readiness
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
- One to three years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, or client service
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or staffing needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain accurate records across various operational tools
- Demonstrated prioritization skills and independent remote-work discipline
