Job Summary
Owning the infrastructure for a high-volume hiring initiative, the full-time remote Talent Operations Program Manager will manage relationships with recruiting agencies, oversee onboarding and contractor coordination, and ensure the capacity to meet aggressive headcount targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain capacity plans to align hiring demand with recruiter and agency supply, proactively identifying gaps
- Program manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating efforts across internal and external recruiting teams to maintain candidate pipelines
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience in building capacity models, trackers, SOPs, and reporting frameworks from scratch
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across recruiting, finance, and hiring teams
