Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute on the hiring system, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management
• Continuously refine recruitment processes using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency
• Grow the talent brand through marketing campaigns and initiatives in the NYC tech and VC ecosystems

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting or operational roles at high-growth companies
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and ownership of projects
• Must be based in NYC and able to work in the office three days per week
