Talent Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to support growth through candidate management and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for franchise studios, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with hiring logistics and onboarding processes
• Provide HR services, including compliance documentation, employee guidance, and support for internal HR programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment/pipeline management, preferably in the franchise industry
• Strong proficiency in ATS and payroll systems; experience with Lever and ADP is preferred
• Experience in creating and managing talent pipelines
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
