Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Operations Specialist, this fully remote position will manage the half-cycle recruitment experience for both internal and external candidates, ensuring a seamless and equitable hiring journey while serving as the primary administrator of the Insperity Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, including job description drafting, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic insights throughout the selection process
  • Maintain data integrity within the ATS, leveraging reporting capabilities to track key recruiting metrics and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment
  • Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System, with a preference for Insperity ATS / BrightMove
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional leaders and hiring managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate the employer brand to candidates
