Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers for efficient resource management and exceptional customer service throughout the talent identification and onboarding process
  • Manage job requisitions, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and well-documented job descriptions, while aligning posting sites with talent attraction strategies
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in the hiring process, provide thought leadership and strategic insights to the Talent Acquisition team
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in talent operations, analytics, or coordinator-related roles in the tech industry
  • Fast Learner: Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs
  • Solution-seeker: Intellectual curiosity and creative problem solver
  • Analytically Driven: Proficient in data analysis and skilled in using Gem, Google Sheets, and Excel to extract insights
  • Project Management: Proficient in handling multiple projects concurrently, focused on enhancing candidate experience, streamlining the recruiting process, and creating documentation for Talent Acquisition
