Collaborating with various teams, the full-time remote Talent Orientation Coordinator will manage and enhance orientation programming for campus and experienced hires, ensuring a cohesive onboarding experience while analyzing trends to improve employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute campus and experienced hires orientation events, including logistics, content coordination, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Gather and analyze feedback from new hires to assess orientation effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to orientation programs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholders
