Job Summary
Collaborating with various teams, the full-time remote Talent Orientation Coordinator will manage and enhance orientation programming for campus and experienced hires, ensuring a cohesive onboarding experience while analyzing trends to improve employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute campus and experienced hires orientation events, including logistics, content coordination, and stakeholder collaboration
- Gather and analyze feedback from new hires to assess orientation effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to orientation programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholders
