Key Responsibilities

Own the talent network and associated efforts
Monitor and improve key metrics related to talent sourcing
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and connect them to relevant opportunities

Required Qualifications

Three to five years of technical sourcing experience
Track record of building long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Experience producing talent market maps and reports
Ability to engage various levels and profiles of talent
Crypto & Fintech sourcing experience is a plus, but not required
