Required Qualifications
- More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume or cohort hiring
- Proven ability to proactively solve recruiting challenges and deliver on hiring goals
- Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting
- Must reside in the United States within specified states
