Job Summary

To support the talent lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding processes, and employee experience initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate engagement and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to define talent needs and drive effective recruiting strategies, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Manage onboarding processes from offer acceptance through early colleague milestones, coordinating communications and ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate talent data and analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and improve recruitment outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and record management
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, emphasizing data accuracy and process integrity
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
