Job Summary

To support a collaborative workforce, the virtual Talent Partner Temp will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to optimize talent sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner by translating business needs into prioritized recruitment plans
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a high-quality and efficient experience from role scoping to onboarding
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining and provide insights on market trends to inform hiring strategies
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or HR experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Fluent in English with strong process orientation
