Job Summary
To support regional talent strategy execution, the full-time Talent Partner will manage critical frontline talent enablement, talent planning, and succession processes while collaborating with operations and HR teams, with the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Own the regional talent strategy for critical frontline talent groups, ensuring effective workforce planning and development
- Drive high-quality talent reviews and succession planning, focusing on pipeline depth and diversity for critical roles
- Coach HRBPs and leaders on talent decisions and processes, enhancing their capability to own talent management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in I/O Psychology, OD, HR, Business, or related fields
- 12-15+ years of progressive experience in talent planning and succession at a regional or enterprise level
- Experience in senior advisory roles with executive business and HR leaders
- Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong background in using talent insights and analytics to improve decision quality
