Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience throughout the lifecycle, the full-time Middle Talent Partner will manage onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding processes while collaborating with managers and employees remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective offboarding
• Partner with managers to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and team health, addressing concerns and navigating complex relations
• Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving HR processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee relations
• Experience partnering with managers on people-related decisions and conflict management
• Comfortable working with HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights
