Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Talent Partner will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, focusing on sourcing and engaging candidates for technical and commercial roles while working remotely from the UK, Ireland, or the East Coast of the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own searches from sourcing to closing, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Build and maintain pipelines through outbound search, referrals, and community engagement
• Assess candidates for both technical comprehension and role-specific skills, partnering with hiring managers for effective role definition

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within early-stage and scaling startups
• Proven track record in recruiting for technical products such as developer tools, AI/ML, or robotics
• Comfortable recruiting for both commercial and developer-facing roles
• Strong sourcing skills with a genuine passion for identifying exceptional talent
• Ability to work with US time zones, including evening calls if based in the UK or Ireland
