Job Summary
Supporting full cycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, the full-time remote Talent Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and a Senior Talent Partner to execute recruiting strategies, manage requisitions, and enhance the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles in the AEC environment, coordinating with hiring managers and HR leadership
- Execute sourcing strategies and conduct candidate screenings to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and support offer logistics and documentation
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR management, business, or communications
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience evaluating technical skill sets across engineering, design, and construction roles
- Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to improve recruiting processes
