Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Member Care organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build talent and workforce plans in partnership with senior leaders to achieve business results
  • Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, including performance management best practices
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
  • At least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or relevant work experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience supporting SVP+ level Executives
  • Strong experience with employee relations and workplace accommodations
  • Experience in a healthcare organization, supporting member-facing roles strongly preferred
