Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Member Care organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build talent and workforce plans in partnership with senior leaders to achieve business results
- Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, including performance management best practices
- Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or relevant work experience
- At least 2+ years of experience supporting SVP+ level Executives
- Strong experience with employee relations and workplace accommodations
- Experience in a healthcare organization, supporting member-facing roles strongly preferred
