Required Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume or cohort hiring
• Proven ability to proactively solve recruiting challenges and deliver on hiring goals
• Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting
• Strong interest in advancing the use of technology to drive efficiency and results
