Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive talent reviews and succession planning processes
- Implement development planning tools and integrate job-level competencies across talent and HR processes
- Analyze data to inform leader development and talent readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years training and development experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably in Human Resources
- PHR, SHR or similar certification desired
- Coaching certification or ICF coaching credential preferred
