Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive talent reviews and succession planning processes
Implement development planning tools and integrate job-level competencies across talent and HR processes
Analyze data to inform leader development and talent readiness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years training and development experience
Minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably in Human Resources
PHR, SHR or similar certification desired
Coaching certification or ICF coaching credential preferred
