Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive talent reviews and succession planning processes
  • Implement development planning tools and integrate job-level competencies across talent and HR processes
  • Analyze data to inform leader development and talent readiness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years training and development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • PHR, SHR or similar certification desired
  • Coaching certification or ICF coaching credential preferred
