Job Summary

To operationalize the enterprise skills strategy, the full-time remote Talent Practice Leader in Skill Governance will manage the governance model, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with various HR and analytics teams to maintain a trusted skills foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise skills governance model, including decision rights and operating routines
  • Steward the enterprise skills framework, ensuring alignment with job architecture and learning
  • Drive consistent adoption of skills standards across key talent processes
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in HR, talent COEs, people analytics, or related fields
  • Experience with skills taxonomies, skills-based talent models, and data governance
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into practical operating models and governance routines
  • Strong program and project management skills in complex environments
  • Experience collaborating across HR, business, and technology teams
