Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development or learning and development
- Experience in designing and implementing global learning strategies
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects and influence senior leaders
