Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data for insights and support senior managers in policy and project implementation
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership development or learning and development
  • Experience in designing and implementing global learning strategies
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's preferred
  • Proven ability to manage projects and influence senior leaders
