Job Summary

To support a growing talent strategy, the full-time remote Talent Programs Manager will lead the execution of core talent cycles, manage logistics for talent reviews, and ensure data accuracy in Workday while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead execution of annual performance reviews, goal setting, quarterly check-ins, and talent reviews
  • Coordinate talent cycle readiness in Workday, including configuration support and completion tracking
  • Manage logistics for talent reviews and individual development plan tracking, while maintaining training resources and HR content
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to talent management programs or HR generalist work
  • Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to manage workstreams independently
  • Workday experience required, particularly in talent and performance modules
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
