Job Summary
To support a growing talent strategy, the full-time remote Talent Programs Manager will lead the execution of core talent cycles, manage logistics for talent reviews, and ensure data accuracy in Workday while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of annual performance reviews, goal setting, quarterly check-ins, and talent reviews
- Coordinate talent cycle readiness in Workday, including configuration support and completion tracking
- Manage logistics for talent reviews and individual development plan tracking, while maintaining training resources and HR content
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to talent management programs or HR generalist work
- Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to manage workstreams independently
- Workday experience required, particularly in talent and performance modules
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
- Master's degree preferred
