Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Corporate Contractor - Talent Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and select candidates for Independent Contractor roles through active and passive sourcing
• Conduct interviews and negotiate competitive rates with Independent Contractors
• Maintain relationships with interpreters and support active interpreters with necessary documentation and updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of direct recruiting experience or experience in the language industry
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite
• Experience with Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Asian countries and languages
