Job Summary

To support a nationwide wireless sales program, the hybrid Talent Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for Retail Sales Associates, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while partnering with field leadership to meet staffing goals and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for Retail Sales Associate positions, including building talent pipelines and processing applicant analytics
• Source candidates through various channels, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Collaborate with field leadership to understand hiring needs and provide updates on candidate flow and market challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or high-volume environments
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, with a focus on high turnover roles
• Strong skills in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
