Job Summary

Owning the hiring process from end to end, the full-time remote Talent Recruitment Administrator will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates, and support onboarding while managing people operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines
  • Source and screen candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage the full candidate experience from first contact through offer and support onboarding for new hires
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a remote or distributed environment
  • Experience with managed services, digital agencies, or tech-adjacent companies is a plus
  • Reliable availability during US business hours
