Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Booking & Relations Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recommend talent and influencers for outreach based on program objectives
• Lead outreach efforts, including sourcing contact information and managing follow-ups
• Manage the talent relations process, including contracting and payment processing

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years of relevant experience
• Direct relationships with talent, not primarily relying on publicists and agents
• Experience engaging talent in impact programs with low or no honorarium
• Ability to work independently while keeping agency leadership informed
• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in all interactions
