Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Talent, Research and Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for Product, Design, and Engineering roles
• Conduct initial screenings and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Global sourcing experience with the ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies
• Experience in the crypto industry, particularly with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Experience sourcing in private, growth-stage companies (Series-A to Series-D)
• Extensive high-volume sourcing experience, either in-house or within an agency
• Strong desire to uncover top talent through creative sourcing strategies
