Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing talent team, the remote Talent Research Associate will build proactive talent pipelines, conduct market research, and engage with exceptional candidates across various business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Build proactive talent pipelines across multiple business functions including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools
• Support high-priority executive searches with deep research and talent intelligence

Required qualifications:

• 0-4 years of experience in recruiting research, sourcing, or a related analytical role
• Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries and talent markets
• Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data to improve sourcing strategies
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
