Talent Research Partner

Job Summary

Proactive and relationship-driven, the full-time remote Talent Research Partner will identify and engage top technical and professional talent while collaborating with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with candidates across various roles
• Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to develop strong candidate pipelines
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform recruiting strategies and decisions

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition support
• Strong sourcing and talent research skills, including experience with passive outreach
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time
