Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Researcher to assist in hiring top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the TA team to source candidates across Tech, Product, Leadership, and other roles
• Conduct proactive outreach and deep research for hard-to-find profiles
• Map talent pools for niche roles and track market trends and competitor hiring activity

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or community management
• Strong research skills and genuine curiosity
• Comfortable using sourcing and AI tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
• Experience working with online communities is a plus
