Talent Review Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the hiring process during a temporary maternity leave coverage period, the part-time contractor Talent Review Partner will prepare candidate evaluation materials, review candidate information, and assist with hiring packet preparation while ensuring a world-class candidate experience in a fully remote and flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare candidate scoring documents and evaluation materials
• Review resumes, transcripts, and other candidate information
• Coordinate communications and scheduling related to executive hiring reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience in recruiting, admissions, or candidate evaluation preferred
• Comfortable using AI tools and adapting to changing priorities and workloads
