Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Scout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, including Caregivers and operational managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Guide candidates through the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees
- Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Background in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
