Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Scout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, including Caregivers and operational managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Guide candidates through the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Background in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
