Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans for various roles
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees in sectors like retail or manufacturing
Proficiency with job boards and ATS systems
Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
Metrics-driven approach to recruitment
