A company is looking for a Talent Scout responsible for expanding and nurturing its talent community.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and nurture the talent community through outreach and relationship-building initiatives
• Partner with marketing to develop campaigns for engaging and nurturing talent
• Analyze talent trends and conduct competitor analysis to enhance sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-6 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotech
• Extensive knowledge of long-term talent nurturing techniques
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage talent insights
• Ability to travel to a minimum of two recruitment events per year
