Talent Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Owning the demand side of the talent business, the fully remote Talent Solutions Manager will build relationships with technology leaders and create engagements for elite, AI-leveraged engineers while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other tech leaders
• Identify and create new business opportunities while deepening existing client engagements
• Leverage a strong understanding of B2B tech services and staffing to align talent solutions with client needs

Required qualifications

• Strong network of technology leaders in the B2B sector
• Experience in tech staffing or B2B tech services
• Technical background or a genuine curiosity about software development
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with a drive for performance-based income growth
