Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and utilize various sourcing techniques
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies
• Measure conversion rates of candidates through the hiring process and maintain candidate databases

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer
• Experience with tech and non-tech positions and sourcing techniques
• Basic interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is a plus
