Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer to support its recruiting efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities

Build targeted candidate lists for active roles across engineering, GTM, and operations
Research and identify passive candidates using various sourcing tools
Track sourcing activity and share weekly updates with clear metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
Active use of AI tools in the sourcing workflow
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Experience sourcing for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
Familiarity with US and/or Australian talent markets
