Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sourcing plans to attract and connect with quality talent
Drive sourcing campaigns to build diverse talent pools
Maintain relationships with candidates and recommend potential hires

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1 - 3 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment
Experience creating and maintaining talent pools in a CRM or ATS
Experience providing guidance to internal customers and stakeholders
Preferred: Experience working with iCIMS and LinkedIn, and in government contracting industry
