A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while fostering relationships with passive candidates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines using iCIMS ATS

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role
• Proficient in sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and committed to continuous learning
• Strong teamwork ethic and dedication to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
